I am Robert, & I working for a hotel which is located in Arabian gulf, It is situated in the heart of the city. This restaurant is a outlet of a four star deluxe hotel & specializes only Indian food.lI joined this hotel many years back as a waiter. I learn t many things when i was a newcomer, but after so long i dont have my old friends who use to be my seniors.
As & when years passed i was promoted accordingly & finally i became a manager of this restaurant.This gave a turning point in my life as i was extra responsible with my job.Though i have a good team work but there still some quarrels among the staff because all my staffs are of different nationalities, with different attitude but they all are good by nature. We have our briefing everyday where we discuss our previous days matters.
We always have fun when we are off work & become serious when job concerned. I am happy to work here because i am satisfied with what i am. I love this place because i have seen it growing like a child. Our food is good, ambiance is excellent, decor is marvelous & of course the service is classic. On weekdays we do a average business but on weekends our restaurant is full, this is the purpose why we have come with some indoor entertainment on weekdays so that we get more & more customers.
Overall its a fine dining restaurant where people in large quantity & are satisfied for what they are paying.
